Story
On Sunday, February 9, 2025, a community of family and friends lost a beloved son, brother, and dear friend. Vincent Arzola unexpectedly passed away in his sleep, and this tragedy has broken the hearts of many, including his mother, Vanessa, siblings Victor and Sophia, and many other loved ones.
Just two days before his passing, Vincent received word that he had been accepted to join the US Air Force’s Space Force, and he was to begin his onboarding the next week. Vincent had so much life ahead of him, and in the Space Force he would have had the opportunity to leverage his intellect for the betterment of our country.
In July 2024, for his Eagle Scout project, Vincent planted trees in La Mesa’s Collier Park which had just been renovated and has again become a bustling gathering place for the community.
To honor our dear Vincent’s memory, family and friends are working to secure a memorial bench at Collier Park near the trees Vincent planted. Sitting on what will be “Vincent’s bench,” loved ones can take solace, reflect on Vincent’s life, cherish the memories they have of him and celebrate the many lives he touched.
Please make a donation of any amount to help secure a memorial bench in Collier Park to honor Vincent Arzola. Let us never forget him and demonstrate our support to his family and other loved ones as they live with Vincent’s memory by their side.
